That is stupid to prevent players that did nothing wrong (cheating, faking runs, splicing) from speedrunning the game just because they also moderate it.

It is common for moderators to also speedrun the game they moderate. In fact speedrun.com would want people who are experienced in speedrunning a game to moderate it.

Hey there, I don't think it is a good idea to remove the Temp Boost XP category when the Boost ends. Here's what I suggest: Instead of removing the category, create a new misc. category and call it something like "[ARCHIVE] Category Name" and move all the runs from the category you're about to remove there. Maybe even move it in CE instead. There is no reason to submit runs in this category if it's going away forever. Feels just wrong to remove a page from a history book if the current events has changed.

Touchscreen has an advantage over a mouse. 4 seconds run is probably emulated, which is currently allowed as no real advantage was found. Doubletapping has the same effect as double-clicking in the mobile version, plus it would be impossible to tell for sure since some people like to hide their cursors during recording.

Timer starts after the command is executed. It takes some time for server to teleport you. Timer can also start after your first movement. When the Hub portal skip is used, you can not only avoid all the lagbacks that can occure during first 5-10 seconds of teleportation in huge server lag, but also client side FPS problems on worse PCs. It saves time. If it was very easy to reproduce and do it consistently, then I believe every runner would use it.

@FalcoDash107 there are a few reasons why it is a rule, but generally to prevent people from making a "backdoor" in the level to ease the level complition. Example: trigger in the random spot of the map.

You're right. It is in fact a self-made level. It was accepted before the rule was introduced. Please vote on this thread, should the level be removed from the leaderboard or not.

@Qrimzon just saved time using this method. I mean, it works. It can cut off some time typing commands and stuff.

As you might have guessed, it is not entierly clear when to stop the timer. I want to make timing on this leaderboard consistent and fair for everyone. Timer starts the first frame the rope detaches from the gnome, and it isn't a problem at all. The problem is how/when to stop the timer. It is hard to find a frame of the gnome's "finishing" animation to stop the timer on. However, I found something that can finally fix the timing issue. I would not require the runners to time the runs, heck, it's the mod's job to retime runs. Also it would mean all the runs need to be retimed, which is what I can do myself not to annoy other mods on this leaderboard.
