Since the OMD has the first speedrun with a difficulty higher than "Apprentice", there was a problem with the "Any" category.

When I open the speedrun page, for example, of the "The Hallway" level, I see the "Any" filter active But in fact, the "Apprentice" filter is secretly active until I select any of the other difficulty filters I mean that when you open a speedrun page of any category, you will see speedruns of the "Apprentice" difficulty without the "War Mage" and "Nightmare" difficulties when the "Any" filter is active until it is selected again

I noticed that there are 4 difficulty packs in the filters. Moreover, each pack is responsible for a separate category. I can select the difficulty filter of the "Lost Adventure NG+" category from the "Campaign" category page
