Thank you both for your quick responses. I've done some more research, and I might be able to afford the PSP Go, which has the added benefit of allowing a DualShock controller to be synced to it via the PS3. It'll take a couple of months for me to afford all of the things I need to get it up and running, but I'm optimistic about this. Unless someone can tell me that the PSP Go is somehow inferior to any of the other PSP models.

I don't know if anyone currently runs this game on PS TV, but I don't own a PSP, and I can't afford to buy a new PSP. I don't buy pre-owned consoles or games, so I can try to source a new copy of the game for my PS2, which seems to be the console of choice for most runners, or I can buy a PS TV, which is within feasibility, but I would need someone to confirm that the PS TV is in fact slower than the PS2 or PSP before I make a decision. I know speedrunners have began to adopt the PS TV for running games like Spyro, but I think that's got something to do with the fast disc speed not being stable on previous consoles for that particular game. In general, there's not a lot of information regarding speed running on a PS TV, so feel free to point me to any forum posts that I might have missed. It's worth noting that I'm in the UK, so I would be taking advantage of the language glitch.
