Arkansas, USAI would like to be mod for Galaxian and Pac-Man Arrangement.
The super mod for both of these games has been inactive for a month (There's also no way to contact him) and the other mod for Pac-Man Arrangement wants to add me as mod but isn't able to.
Ok, so let me just get something out that I feel is very important to this discussion: How much time disc eject saves is irrelevant, disc eject is typically seen as essentially cheating and the fact that it doesn't save time doesn't make it less of cheating.
The next thing I want to talk about is the cutoff time, I really dislike cutoff times it feels to me like you're saying it's not fair for top level runners if someone using disc eject beats them, but lower runners that don't use disc eject have to deal with it.
And now I want to counter something Loz said with keeping it allowed since it was allowed in the beginning, for W2 video wasn't required in the beginning and then there was discussion on whether video should then be required and you were in favor of it, how is this any different?
And finally I just want to say what I'm for in this discussion. As of right now I'm leaning towards the variable (Btw @Nitrofski the filter is a thing) people who dislike disc eject don't have to see runs with it, people who do like it can still use it and people who don't care can see just see all of the runs without having to look into subcategories.

I'm not entirely sure where you would be able to download it, I think most people got theirs from TheRuseman. Other than that you could get a rom of the GC version http://www.emuparadise.me/Nintendo_Gamecube_ISOs/Pac-Man_World_Rally/66272 , since it's just a fast IGT as PC. And other than that your only other option is really just buying the game, it's not to expensive online.
Yeah that does seem like a better idea now that you bring it up, but is there a way to just change a category into an IL? Or am I gonna have to re-submit every run to the IL categories? If it came down to it I would spend the time to resubmit them I'm just wondering if there's an easier way to do it.
Gonna wait to see what other people think of this before making any changes tho.
Alright cool! I thought about requesting the whole series when I requested this one, but I only own this one so I thought it'd be better just to request this one. If I can get a copy of them at some point I'll definitely run them.
I'd say so, not only is Mega Man possibly faster but he's also more popular.

I didn't even know there was a new version of the game. I'll take a look at it tomorrow and give you my thoughts then. :)
I say if it's not recreatable it should be banned. If in the future a consistent way of doing it is found, we can go from there.

So, I was looking for the broken vods on the leaderboards, and I found Atomical_Sloths run, so I watched his run since it took me a while to beat him, I wanted to know if he did anything different from me. Upon watching his run I found out that he was playing Time Attack, with the category being All Races, I assumed we were supposed to be playing Obstacle Racing, since that has the 3 lap race structure as most racing games do, since the vod was broken I couldn't see it, so I didn't know that he was playing a completely different category. So something should be done about this, I don't think it's good to have 2 runs of completely different categories under the same category.
