All the information was mostly shared between the runners. There are a few old videos for strategies on wolf and the explanation(s) for the resistance trick.

There was never any demand for full guides as this game isn't the most popular in terms of speedrunning.

Your best bet is to try and get into contact with runners for the category you're interested in.

Watching the segmented runs has little value as you'll be trying to replicate until you hopefully understand why exactly things are happening.
