Easter Eggs are things the devs added that are hidden in the game.

There are 2 in this game one in the start hidden in the trees about a dog and you have to go on top of the tree to be considered "collected" and the second one is in the loop part after you get the first key you can click on the table/shelf idk exacly what it is but it has a radio on top then it lead you inside a vent and thats the last one after that just finish the game normally.
