Hello! I've been in the process of picking up speedrunning Pathologic 2 and I'm curious if any of you have found a consistent way to "count calories", so to speak.

I keep finding the main issue I run into with my runs is just barely running out of food and starving to death. Do any of you have a way of checking to ensure you have enough food on hand before sleeping forever? That'd be more efficient than spending ~10 minutes grinding it out to see if it's sufficient.

I'm sure it's possible to do the math, but I wanted to check if anyone had already done it so we're not reinventing the wheel here.
