I would like to start running Splinter Cell mobile for Java phones and I wonder if mods could add new category to this game or do I need to submit a request to create a new Splinter Cell Mobile game.

I have a question about the clarity of the run rules. Do the levels have to be completed from 1 to 12, or the order of completing the stages up to the runner's choice?
I am currently running the Cosa Nostra and noticed that the current version on Steam differs from the version played by the players on the leaderboard. The main changes are missions 1 and 12. While the first mission does not make such a difference yet, the 12th mission is fundamentally different, the NPCs are hostile from the beginning, and you need a key to get to the boss, which significantly affects the possible times.
