ScotlandYes: For the artwork moons, the painting has to be opened and viewed before they can be found in game :)
As far as I'm aware it's never really been thought of. You get 20 Stars from Captain toad across the game (W1,3,5,7) so just replace them with any other stars. It also depends if you do the OoB skip at the beginning of world 8 or not.

Yeah, taking into account of what E_Dragon said, that mockup is perfect Lighnat0r. Hopefully we hear from either the current mod, or from site mod sooner rather than later.
Vallu is still running now and again. Rare has stopped for months, And nindiddeh is only running SMS now. So Vallu111 is the only active one now :)
