This literally does nothing different to gameplay/load times. Also, turning off vsync is the only way done people are able to run the game without it stuttering or freezing all the time.

I would, but....considering 2 endings appear at a completely random time, you would have to constantly reset until RNG aligns correctly lol. Unless that's an exclusion.

As far as that goes, I wanna say that you are looking at runs before 10/26/15, however I haven't kept up with it too much. I know DarkOrbX would have a better idea, as he is the one who created this category. If you look at the rules, you can see "-(EDIT: New rule as of 10/26/15, you are no longer allowed to reset on the "Baby Game" ending. The game should reset on its own.)", however I guess that ending is much different than what you are talking about (I haven't touched the game in years). I'll grab DarkOrbX and have him take a look, because someone might have verified a run that has illegal usage of resets before that date.
Why the hell did you rename the main category? It's 12 endings because it goes through 12 endings that reset themselves (minus one because DarkOrbX thought it reset) vs all 18 which would take 4 hours + whatever the other 17 do.
because cheating in speedruns is an illegal thing (for speedrunning). I am removing it, stop adding new things.

I should note that FingerQuick made a very good point about Milliseconds, with it being that unless there is an autosplitter, you cannot correctly determine milliseconds, since we as humans cannot split at the exact frame.
I don't think it matters until there is a 1st place tie.
Apparently by the end of this year. Though, they'll always be adding more levels.
