In the middle of a run I had to pause the game for about 20 seconds due to real-life reasons, and I'm not sure how to account for this paused time for the in-game time. Should I or should I not include this time in the in-game time if I submit the run?

In the middle of a run I'm looking to submit, I had to pause the game for about 20 seconds due to real-life reasons. Since the game is paused and nothing is moving, but it is not during a dimension-transition, I'm not sure how to account for this paused time. Should I or should I not include this time in the in-game time when I submit?
