@HitThings1114 If you want to use an optifine cape, then just use JellySquid's mods Sodium and Phosphur. Then install the Minecraft capes mod and download it for fabric. Then you can use whatever cape you want, even a minecon one!

Also you could try optimising your computer by clearing the temp files and putting minecraft launcher under "High Performace" and also doing a disk cleanup as well.

@JmBL just hit [Esc] then click into [accessibility settings] and then turn FOV Effects down all the way to 0

sodium or optifine, both are effective. Sodium might be better for you or maybe optifine or maybe just regular old vanilla.

@rewan haha yeah, 1,000,000,000 fps minimum to get a good run, and chuncks need to be set to a minimum of 400

I got around 400-500 fps on vanilla with max render distance, and with optifine I got around the same 400-550. But with sodium and phosphor I got a minimum of 600 and reached nearly 1000 fps, which is just insane
