If you start to submit a run, you’ll see that emulators are banned.

I’ve never seen a leaderboard that requires you to speak at all during the video. The only issue I can think of would be if your voice covers the game audio in a game that requires that, though that’s irrespective of what language you’re speaking.
@Jamarley That Assassin’s Creed game was only added about a month and a half ago, and it looks like they’re still figuring out strats in the forums, so it makes sense to me that they might not have any runs on the leaderboard yet.
