Hello, does any speedrunning community have all the skips and glitches of their speed games archived, or organized in a document or something? Possibly along with the dates of discovery and the ones who discovered them? If so could you please provide them to me? I'd like to make it into a video. I'm really wanting to make more videos in a series i do called Speedrun Glitch History. Which is basically similar to a normal Speedrun History video, but it only focuses on the discovery of Skips and glitches. Idk if I'm allowed to post a video link in this forum or not, but if you need to see 1 of the videos to know how my videos are like, I'll message you the link. Any help would be appreciated. And it doesn't matter to me what the game is because i love making these videos in general! Thank you!
UPDATE: I just completed my goal of Speedrunning all Dora The Explorer games on console, in a one run! Idk if I can just post the video on this thread, but I have it uploaded on my speedrunning channel!
@aleksezer, i have no tips on something like SpeedCubing!
Do you guys have any current goals for speedrunning in mind currently?
My current goals I'm wanting to achieve right now, is to speedrun all Dora The Explorer console games in one run. To branch out more with blindfolded speedrunning, to a bunch of different games. And to make more history videos on speedrunning!
In my personal opinion, there's really no such thing as a "best Speedrunner ever"! Everyone in this community is amazing and special in their own way!
Hello everyone! I just wanted to share this with the community, if this isn't allowed let me know and i'll remove my post! Anyways, i tried doing the Death% category, but i did it while blindfolded, and i got a very good time, and it was on my 1st try! Pls forgive me if i did the retiming wrong
Hey there fellow HN Speedrunners! I did a blindfolded speedrun of the 1st level, in Dimension Tripper Neptune, and i wanted to share this with y'all!
Getting back on topic of the forum, my unpopular opinion could seem a bit controversial. I personally think some games in the speedrunning community are overrated! Some examples Super Mario 64, Minecraft, Portal. I personally think other games in the speedrunning community deserve more attention.
@Nocturnes18 I've actually looked through that site before, and the collection of games on it, I either have no interest in speedrunning, or they're just way too difficult of games
Hello again! Now I'm a variaty speedrunner and like to speedrun many different games. And I've really been into blindfolded speedrunning lately. Some games I've done blindfolded speedruns(mostly ILs) of is Tarzan N64, Wubbzy's Amazing Adventure, Diddy Kong Racing, and Finding Nemo. I mainly do blindfolded runs of games that has more simple gameplay. I want to try other games but i don't know what i should try next? What do you guys think? OH and before you answer, please look at the games I've done Blindfolded Runs of in this Playlist. Seeing the games I've done might help y'all to figure out what other games i could attempt https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL8Ae34ENt1WHgs3OAaSe7wkKihV8Rh9To
Thank you guys! And @Pear I'd rather use emulator! I'm not paying for Nintendo! Also i don't even own a switch!
Hi guys, I'm wanting to try doing some blindfolded speedruns of some Gameboy Color games, but i don't know anything about the GBC side of emulators. Could someone please tell me what the best GBC emulator is for speedrunning?
Hi there Ahh Real Monsters speedrunning community! I've been doing alot of blindfolded speedruns lately of quite a few games! And today i decided to try speedrunning Ahh Real Monsters while blindfolded! Specifically the 1st level! I just wanted to share this with you guy's! Please tell me what y'all think :P
I can think of a few others actually! Storster, Speed Docs, DoctorSwellman, and EZScape! All amazing content creators on speedrunning!
I'll try to breath life back into it with a video I'm gonna make. Thanks to the help of Gerarge!
That's Pretty Epic! I wonder if the any other versions has tricks like that!
I'd really love some help breaking Buffy The Vampire Slayer on Original Xbox! I've found several skips, but i'm wanting to find more and also some useful glitches
