Exactly the reason I asked this question. Thankfully, I did get an answer, unfortunately, it does say that it can NOT be done. Though, to clarify, I do not mean any hacking without original published hardware, I mean only hot-swapping a cart. Thanks!

Is Hot-Swapping NES cartridges to use a seperate game to mess with RAM code, without using a custom cart or The Game Genie, would this be considered cheating?
