I found an older version of the fix, I'll update it and reupload it as a resource. The patch also blurs evidence locker more heavily and fixes the nudity filter on one of Bug friendly's subpages so it makes the game twitch friendly again

The .dll that fixed this was taken down by me after the drama with adam happened. I have lost the file, but I might recreate it as I have some code from it backed up

seems like the game bugged out and reset the enemy state which allowed noir to kill you, I will fix this soon, thanks for reporting the bug
