In general you should ask in the game forums to be sure, but in Mario Odyssey you can do this (as long as the camera footage has good quality), many other runners have done the same.
In most cases a camera footage will be fine, but you should ask the mods/community of the game to be sure.
If you want to record the screen directly from the PS2, you will need a capture card. You can find more about that in this forum: https://www.speedrun.com/streaming_recording_equipment/forum
@Oxknifer I'm on mobile right now and I don't remember the exact numbers.
On desktop you can activate developer-tools of the browser, and check the speedrun.com logo (any logo on any page). You will see the intrinsic dimension of the logo (size of the uploaded image), and true dimension of the logo after the site applies CSS rules. The final logo will always have the same MAX height and MAX width, and you should account for them when designing your logo.
In your case, I would recommend to remove the banner and keep only the letters; Its height is very high compared to the letters, and it takes precious height from them. The second version takes even more space, and the top text seems unnecessary in my opinion. Another way to fix that is to design a background that will have approximately the same height as the letters inside.

Read all the moderation rules and detailed game request rules first. The 7 days old account rule is one of many. (I happen to post several duplicate posts with others for some reason)
@ChristianA Now that you say that, I remember a similar issue. Someone reported earlier in this thread that the same problem exist, but from the side of the moderators - if they have more than 50 runs waiting for verification, they only see the latest 50 runs and the older runs are hidden.
This can be a good place to start looking: https://www.speedrun.com/games#title=racing
If I understand you correctly, and you ask how to change the language of the site, this is a feature currently open only to people who donated to the site.
эта функция в настоящее время открыта только для людей, которые сделали пожертвования сайту
Note that your game was rejected because it is PvP, nothing was said about it being trivial (which is an issue for a whole different type of games).
About Rainbow Six Siege and Dead by Daylight - nothing to argue, we told you that the games were accepted before the current rules.
Valorant was already requested a few times and was rejected. In short, any game that is mostly based on PvP activities is not accepted, by the site rules. Comparing that to other games is useless, because the rules were added through the years but are never applied retroactively.
If you want to know the reasons for that rule - my guess is that speedruns in a PvP games can't be compared, because your (real-life) opponents are a major factor, and you have the possibility to "cheat" if you set up a team of enemies that will lose on purpose.
