Just set it as your country it doesnt seem to have any nationality options on speedrun.com

I say it is speedruning because you are trying to beat it fast and racing games have stuff which can increase your speed and make it faster

I use elgato but their are better ones just search up capture cards and you should be able to find one which supports the Wii-U system
