Settings like Auto pick up and Auto Weapon Swap are fine, the ones that are not allowed are all mentioned in the rules.
When it comes to difficulty, you can choose any difficulty you want. Depending on what category you would like to speedrun, you have 2 options if you want to run the game without glitches. If you run the game on Very Light - Survivor, your run would count as a "No Major Glitches" (NMG) Run. If you run the game on Grounded, that would be counted towards our "Grounded" category.
Restricted means, you are not allowed to use the cheats that the game gives you (eg. One hit kills, infinite ammo, infinite crafting, combat accessibilities etc.). Unrestricted basically means you can turn on whatever setting you want and do your run.

You have to show the FPS counter of the game, anything else is up to you.
When playing any% unrestricted you can unlock anything you want. Gameplay modifiers, cheats, everything the game offers you. Yes that also includes stuff like invisibility. That is the point of the unrestricted category basically.
Yes it will be valid. In fact, you have to use the ingame speedrun mode in order for the run to be valid. Any other timer is optional.
For easy category on PC you'd have to run Any%. You can choose between restricted and unrestricted any%
Restricted = No gameplay modifiers like one shot death for example, no combat accessibilities, no skip puzzle or infinite breath, no high contrast etc
Unrestricted = Everything is allowed as long as they are options within the game

Saying they are cheating is wrong because those "cheats" are modifiers within the game itself and when you do any% unrestricted runs you are allowed to use everything the game provides to you. So activating the one shot modifier or skipping all the puzzles is fine and is not considered cheating, since they are all options inside of the game that you can turn on or off.
Trainers or other things that give you god mode or whatever would be considered cheating, since they happen from outside the game.
If you don't like that, we also have a Any% restricted category where you are not allowed to use those things and complete the game that way.
