I think we should have a vote to remove "rockstar" from 100% in the name as it is a dumb category name.
In a talk with Kyle, he makes a good point that most 100% categories in GTA games don't include everything so why should this be any different? Leave the rules the same, just put the name as "100%".
basically just post the letter for your vote (and reason why if you have any I guess):
a) Rename to "100%" b) Keep "100% (Rockstar)"

If there is going to be an all mission category, it would be two different categories, not the same. Same rules apply for 100%.
agjents has probably already routed it, what version are you played because DS and PSP is different (less missions on DS)
Bubble tried out (on emulator) taking ho-selecta and then noodles sub mission, this results in the mission (ho-selecta) insta-passing. I have tested (vita, PSN version), and it works.
Just making a thread all based on this glitch, I feel if we find a way to trigger this safely on actual hardware, it will seriously break any%.
This may be a long process but any findings will be good.
Facts so far: Can't take blow up dolls after dupe passing volatile situation due to game crashing (Gael managed to get past blow up dolls I believe though)

I added but probably need some rules. Here is some questions:
When does timer exactly end? If you finish the last mission and that gets you 100%, you will have to wait for the credits to end (like GTA3, GTAVC etc...) before ending the timer.
Is the PSP, DS and iOS version different? I believe PSP has more missions, do those add towards 100% counter?
Also "In the iOS version of the game, doing all the objectives above ends you up with 101.34% instead of 100%, and if the player complete a task nearly close to 100%, a small congratulating message appears"
Just a few things that need to be answered before you do a run I think. I'm sure I'm missing something as well, anyone feel free to jump in with questions.
This is pretty fantastic I must say, done right this will save a lot of time, around a minute if I'm right?
Some brief thoughts I have:
Setup time: This may be justified as the streaming PC was stolen the day before the event started so I'll actually let this off.
Rude cut away: On day 1 of the event, there was a TON of runners being cut off at the end of their run when they haven't even finished talking, this was pretty rude so please make sure the runner has stopped talking before cutting to the hosting station.
Streams: The streams being in the same room was a mistake in my opinion, I understand the reason was the tech wouldn't have to move between different rooms. However when people were clapping, the other stream could hear it. I imagine it could be distracting for the runners as well, you're playing the game and you hear claps all of a sudden.
FrankerFaceZ was a great addition, include it again.
Schedule: This is the major change for future events and something I feel the GDQs do better, they update the time as soon as the run is over on the schedule, updating the starting times for the runs in the rest of the schedule meaning I have a good idea when a run I want to watch is going to exactly start.
Runs: It's ESA, it's about speedruns and fun. However still upset no Super Metroid but I'm guessing kottpower just never submitted. Someone submit it for him next time :P
I guess that is more detailed but here is a tl:dr list:
Pros: Runs were good and fun Showing hosts was a good choice FFZ was great ESA shirts great GG button was a great choice but it is a shame the yellow stream didn't get this button as well
Cons: Don't cut away from the runner when they're still talking Stream locations Schedule not auto-updating each run automatically (check how SGDQ do it this month if you're unsure what I mean)
Good ESA this year guys, really fun to watch and followed some new runners I never knew about. Hope to go to the next one.

You missed a point, you need a deadline for these bounties. Wouldn't it be more interesting to do the lesser ran GTA games as well to get people running them?
VC sub 57:10 - I'd love to see that, I mean, people think sub 57:20 is possible but sub 57:10 would have to be the god run, everything would have to go right. If I was a betting man, I'd say Sleekness will get it.
On a side note, I find it funny that people have had ideas for bounties for a long time, even implemented them but it wasn't until someone big said it before people started listening.

Story so far:
I found out you could remote access a sub mission (turns out you can ONLY do this with a firefighter):
Bubblebobbler got interested and started to experiment soon discovering you can run into a rampage with a stored sub mission, as you run into the marker you let go on the stored mission. It starts the rampage but fails the sub mission, this will keep you in the rampage but at the same time kick you out of the rampage mission so you can start missions.

How is it incremented? I have reason to believe that IGT is actually around ~3 seconds slower (I timed when the IGT was on 6:10 to 6:30, so about ~3 seconds every 20 seconds?) than real time. Does it work the same way GTA4 IGT works?
Saints row 1 and The Getaway isn't on PC as well. I won't be joining because don't have time for reasonable streams half the time, let alone 200+ hours.
