I currently mod a few leaderboards and I'm having trouble properly timing videos when users submit their videos on twitch. I couldn't find any frame timers or video downloaders. Any help? Thanks.

When timing your level runs, make sure your milliseconds are in the tenth and hundredths place. (Ex. a time of 01:35.98 should be typed as 1:35.980)

Hello! I was just wondering, how do you properly time a run? I usually just look in premiere pro, but the timer / timecode only goes down to the hundredths second. Is there any better way of doing this?
