I dont know how to make a new save file and i cant find any info on the topic. I need this because i cant to full-game runs because in the rules it says that it has to be done on a new save file.

For full game runs is it in game time(only when your racing) or real time. BTW you should put it in rules

Are you allowed to do the combo of cheats (only green bricks and max power ups always) or only one cheat allowed at once?

Hey i have been wondering if in the Any% the cheat is allowed when you change your driver name that when you pick up a powerup you instantly get max upgraded version of it. If its not allowed in Any% can you make a new category?
