Yes, they were both those exact times. So they're probably fake (or rounded for some odd reason)

I found a more consistent method for the skip. I jump into the corner then go neutral on the control stick to clip out, then if the screen glitches out using first person should fix it. after that i walk into the wall a bit then go out of the wall to pass an invisible wall. then i walk around the out side of the actual wall (in the video i don't walk out far enough at first) then i go into the water. if i go toward the islands you should go back inbounds instead of getting stuck, then i just go to the islands than grab the lamp.
it's still kinda slow but if you know a faster way to move through the water that would help.
also its way easier if the camera doesn't get stuck in the floor
