That is a good idea to find a seed that fills up a portal with pearls from chests. Also, you don’t need to specify .100+ or mobile, all 1.16 bedrock seeds are the same

@Cr4ZyPlays it’s a bedrock glitch that happens from time to time, it has nothing to do with the seed in particular.

@Cyanaquatan going for the blacksmith wastes time. I used to go for it, but it’s smarter to just skip it and take the 4 iron from the chest in the dungeon

Something a couple of weeks ago bugged it out for some reason. The run is done my m8use (hopefully I spelled that correctly). If you want to see the run, search m8use speedrun on YouTube and it’ll show up

Yeah, you actually aren’t allowed to use the touch screen as a form of input, you have to use controller/keyboard (unless you are playing in the touch screen glitch category)

The caves are coming to bedrock, the snapshots are just primarily in Java right now. And as for the stronghold, the deeper caves are causing it to generate way deeper than it used to. But I think lava pools will be more difficult to get to underground because the bottom of the world is deeper. Basically, I think that the update is going to hurt speedrunning, so the leaderboard needs to be split to be fair to the people who have to play the update

I’m sure that, with time, bedrock will get more category extensions. You have to remember, the bedrock edition speedrun page has only been around since 2019. It hasnt had nearly as much time to grow. Also, the Java team has a billion more mods, so they can create new extensions sooner. I am definitely with you though, Bedrock should totally ha e some more fun extensions.

They don’t have to have an account, and they don’t have to come with you during the run. The cannot join or leave the world mid run

Yeah I knew there was one for pc, but if we could put it on mojang/Microsoft’s radar that we want direct support for it in game, then maybe we could get it made

It’s probably just a connectivity issue with one of your devices. I know that it’s happened to me plenty of times when my internet is acting up.

If you think about it, basically every WR or close to WR run is going to look kinda sketchy, because everything has to line up so perfectly. Mouse just got all 7s on the slot machine.

My run with this “glitch” was just verified! So it’s fine if it happens in any of your runs

You are allowed to use a controller on a mobile run. You just hook the controller up to your device. In fact, in most leaderboards, touchscreen controls aren’t even allowed.

If you go to Bedrock Edition Category Extensions and click level leaderboard, there is an enter nether category.
