that happened to me too just split yourself when you're in the cutscene

It has nothing to do with your FPS. All you have to do is check the matching checkboxes under Edit Splits > Settings

Volgher is correct, thats the ONLY time you can do an intentional death

You can't use the Survival Resources Pack, which includes some ammo for the handgun and the shotgun + a heal i think. And yes you can block cancel the healing animation

i think its really hard on ps5 cuz u cant turn fast like on pc
