I would vouch for this as well. ePSXe is junk now and way too outdated. There has to be a way to use Duckstation/Retroarch, tweek the options to make it as faithful as possible

Hello! I'm planning on running DW3 and trying to setup ePSXe 1.9 as stated in the rules but... I'm having a real hard time setting it up. The FMVs have weird artifacts/graphical glitches and wrong aspect ratio, window size reset when going in and out of the window... The sound is popping... Everything's wrong.  Can any EMU runners help me with a config file, the plugin "generally" used and the configs for it if so? Thanks! 

Otherwise I'm really considering just running the game on Retroarch with PCSX Rearmed which comes perfectly adapted to DW3 and just submit no runs. (Done a couple of test runs on PCSX Remarmed, no issues at all so...)
