Hey guys, runner on a tight budget with a serious question. I have been restricted to filming my runs on my tv with my phone because I haven't been able to afford a good capture card. Was wondering which capture cards are the best quality for a decent price. (I need a capture card that can record consoles with composite cable outputs.) Thank you for reading this! :)
