Do skills have a speed running option i ask cuz there is a specific skill ive been working on amd now im top 50 nothing to really brag about but didnt know if it was a "postable" record thing or not

I really want to do more speedruns on this game but i could use some help understanding the tuning system as i used to play forza and the tuning is like night and day difference and especially when it comes to noats and planes i get lost any and all help would be greatly appreciated 🙏

So new here ive done my research on tge community and just live it all i really want to get into it and set my first world record!! I mostly play racing games but im looking at expanding that
