I mainly ask as a noob to speedrunning, because I'm not sure how to verify that. But I'll give it a go sometime

I'm actually interested in trying this game out, but I don't have a capture card right now. Would runs be allowed if they were performed on an emulator? I'd use the Dolphin GameCube emulator to stream it.
