I had retimed it to make it consistent. It just turned out to be roughly 30 seconds.
For Deln's time, I added a 30 second offset (I added as a comment to his time submission). Since he completed the run before I created the leaderboards, I wouldn't invalidate his run either.
Please use this topic to indicate your dates of availability (times if possible) One post per runner (you can edit your post). Any posts after your first post will ignored.

Get your runs in! :D
This comes down to the accuracy of the emulator. As from the leaderboard rules: All emulators are hidden for this game by default, as all emulators play this game faster than any console can, and therefore do not produce accurate results, or provide fair competition. This means emulator and console are not cross compatible for comparison.
Also Mainplace Mall is about 2 miles away so there are many options there.
RiskbreakerY, if you can list options that are option late (10:00PM to 8:00AM) would be good for those late nighters.
As you can see the venue is not at a hotel or a residence unlike other live events. I'll present a couple options of hotels. Also let's use this thread to find roommates for those who are staying in a hotel. eSports Arena may or may not have discount codes to any of these hotels (will be confirmed later).
The closest airport is the John Wayne Airport (SNA).
There are internet searches I looked up for booking 4 people from March 25th to March 27th. These prices are per ROOM, not per person.

This is a Southern California in person marathon at eSports Area in Santa Ana, CA. This is going to be held on March 25-27th. Submissions just closed a few days ago and now we are going though approval of games. You can ask more information here https://twitter.com/californithon.
Hi ph1l. Welcome to speedrunning. The best way to get help for Pokemon speedrunning is to visit http://www.pokemonspeedruns.com/. We also have a forum there and a wiki for information.
To get started in speedrunning Pokemon Red/Blue, just start with Pokemon Red. It is mainly for the fact that Nidoran Male is easier to get in Red instead of Blue. For the emulator, Gambatte or BGB will work. VBA for Gameboy or Gameboy Color is considered banned in most communities. Also I recommend getting the Red Helper. Both the emulator and the Red Helper can be found here: http://wiki.pokemonspeedruns.com/index.php/Pok%C3%A9mon_Red/Blue/Useful_Tools . You can find notes here: http://wiki.pokemonspeedruns.com/index.php/Pok%C3%A9mon_Red/Blue/Any%25_Glitchless .
As for the one segment, it means you cannot reset in the middle of the run when you submit your your run. I recommend save and resets for the first runs until you get conformable. We mainly time from the in-game timer and the run is measured at the end in the time displayed in the hall of fame.
