I'll be traveling from stockholm on the 21st, not decided yet if I go by train or car though.
If someone wants to submit a game but aren't sure if they'll be able to be at ESA, how should that be handled?
Alko: Yes! Cloth wristbands and lanyards
yanbo: Yes the mass housing price is for the whole event
Hard to pick a favorite, you were all fantastic! But if I have to choose I'll go with the World of Illusion race, that was a great race!
@kruskader I'd assume that's okay, I'd even go as far as to say it's even better.
Awesome, cheers! I do have that save, that's exactly where I managed to go out of bounds before softlocking the game. I'll take a look at it!
Edit: In hindsight, could the softlock be because I used a potion when trying to go up?
As the title says! I've been looking at starting running this game, I really enjoyed my playthrough of it. I'm however struggling with the OoB glitch, the rest I can kinda figure out by watching runs. So as I said, are there any tutorials or such available for a new runner like me or possibly someone else?
Cheers!
A tad late to the party but here's my input on the layouts: first off, they look great! Good mix between color and aestethics.
I do however have one complaint, in the races the game is shown above both of the runners. I feel this is redundant, I feel moving the game info to it's own column would be more pleasing to the eye. You could for example put the game info somewhere close to the timer. I feel right next to the estimate where "ALL TA STAFF GHOSTS" currently is placed would be a good spot.
Good luck with the event, hope you have a good time!

If you're using SweBus you might want to check the prices to Jönköping instead of Elmia. It might end up being much cheaper, but you'll have to go 10 minutes by bus or grab a cab. Should be cheaper either way.
I'll be attending. Looking forward to vidya games and good times!
Might aswell give some shoutouts aswell
Shoutouts to the planning crew for providing a fantastic event: Flicky, Bangerra, Crippe and Niss3 Didn't mention everyone seeing as some people are coming up in later shoutouts. Great event you guys, let's make ESA16 even better.
Shoutouts to my fellow senior techs for being awesome: AMVX, Planks, Edenal, Grukk and Oasiz. You're all fantastic people.
Shoutouts to anyone on the tech crew (specially those who did tech with me and Grukk): Was a pleasure working with you.
Shoutouts to the SMS crew for being awesome/playing awesome games: Rasmus, Btrim, Robo, Adam and the occasional SMS guys Sam & Max. You guys are fantastic aswell! And you clearly have superior taste in video games. Stay classy.
Shoutouts to the NES guys for providing a great hangout time: BB, Cartina, Duckfist, Nudua, Primal, Dxtr, Coolkid, Richie, Pro_JN, Joka and Spiriax. Nice to make new friends. You were all #ReallyCool despite your taste in the wrong 8-bit.

There you have a few (spoiler: it's more than a few) pictures.
The trailer was released yesterday if you missed it https://mobile.twitter.com/Ascott_83/status/614905499331510272
Speaking of the lake, be sure to bring bathing clothes. The lake was super nice to swim in last ESA.
Just wanted to point out that your name does show up in the list, it's with another ID though. Steven can be found on the 4/6 with the ID: 29C74376BN7641507
I can do moderating whenever I'm at the tech station or watching a run from another location
I have a couple of flashcarts, Mega Everdrive (Genesis/Mega drive), a SD2SNES (SNES/SFC) and a everdrive 64 (N64) that I might be able to lend Runners. Just contact me (twitter works just fine) if you should need it and we can sort it out.
I'll be traking the train from Stockholm C - Skövde at 12:22 on Friday 26/6-15 if anyone wants a travelpartner!
@Sphere the safest bet would be to buy the tickets beforehand, a 14 minute should be enough time to buy one at the station, assuming there's little to no line. Not quite sure if the tickets are valid for other departures, your safest bet would be to call them and ask.
