steviewonder my boy, always comes in clutch when you need him the most

I have a 60% keyboard so doing things with f3 is really tedious and takes ages because i have to press fn+f3+ctrl+shift+F in that order just to turn down graphics in the nether. So if anyone knows a work around please let me know.
