Turns out that you need to get 5 million points to get 5 stars on the game selection screen. I think this should be a requirement for the 100% category as that is more of "completeing" the game.

I find that to be a little bit cheaty, because it's not the human playing so it would be considered a TAS maybe? In my former world record, I missed a lot of clicks which lost some time. My opinion would be that it is not allowed
