Why not just let console runners make a save at the statation and pause(to show IGT) when they start the run? Its a "meme" category anyways, right? Worse case you still count their final IGT for the leaderboard and best case you substract that starting IGT to their ending IGT.
In game time, you need a video from difficulty selection screen all the way to end screen with the IGT or dont bother.
Perma complaining when you don't get what you want seems to be a thing on this site no matter the game.

When Yuushi ran this game I noticed that he used the weapon menu to get perfect shots and I copied that from him ever since so there is that(Im pretty sure a lot of runnners dont know about it tho). ;v
I mean, this game at least allows you to pause and reset at any time, you dont need no RE3(OG)F9 wannabe reset tool to get the job done. XD
Mods said no to this before. Blame Capcom for that.

This is non-sense, why would you start crying about something thats been allowed for almost a year? Just move on. If youre losing a ng+ record to Umeda only because of the medallion pause then you gotta improve a lot.
