Well new Great Plateau route is a good start, then maybe Bread% or all Dog Treasures. Once you are ready for longer runs, the new All Shrines route is fun.

I would try to practise btb's and if you rlly cant do then i would recommend going to magnesis first, then bombs and windbombs the rest, although windbombs without the paraglider are very scary

Sounds like a high glitch based category, it is possible I think and you could be strategic about what the teleportation point, would be and could have many different and flexible routing options

I would run that, although the gerudo side quests would have to be very optimized

You can also roll cancel clip, but it is very hard on 1.3. I have 1.3 and have done it a few times, but the best place to learn in by the shop in Cascade. The specifics are in any Minimum Captures video
