Still stuck on how to get it, ive had my wii homebrewed for a while now, any vods/tuts someone can link?

Edit: through the help of some nice people on the SM64 I got the usa WAD working on my wii. Only problem is that it is slower, and the audio is glitchy

edit 2: had to change my video mode to 480i which fixed everything

I heard that the Jap and US run faster then the EU version does, if so what is the easiest way to get a JP or US version on my EU Wii?

was thinking about streaming it, already got my time down to 31:32, slowly but surely getting it down. Might think about streaming it if i can get a sub 30, and if i really get into it which so far i am. Cheers for all the help

i do have an easy cap thing but it is a pain in the ass to set up and get working, might just not record my runs until i get decent times, PB for 16 star is 40 minutes 8 seconds which is pretty bad, just gotta get the movement and glitches down. Cheers for the help though

So ive just started speedrunning 16 star but wanna record my game-play. I'm using a different monitor to the one that my pc is using. The 2nd monitor has both hdmi and AV. Is there a way i can just plug the HDMI into my computer and AV into my wii and record, or do i need a capture card/device?

Really really dumb question but thought i would ask just in case

was just looking at speeds runs and saw this, then noticed that the world record was ran on WII U. Isn't breath of the wild switch only?

okay after all this messing around, skipping homework (whoops). it never worked, just double checking if it is vaiable to run All child dungeons on the eng VC of oot, im noting going for WR so.

Everything is working but two things. One i cant launch it from the home screen (having to turn my wii on then hold reset to launch the game) and two the audio is really bad.

I have VC English on my wii, and I also have a English copy with a Nintendo 64. But I prefer to play on wii using GameCube controller. I'm asuming JP is faster because of text, so what is the best way to play/ get a jp version on the wii.

Edit: I got a n64 emu for my wii, and played a jp rom, but link would roll and move really fast and the pause menu would take a long time to load.

Its me again. What version of the game is the best to run all child dungeons and where can i get it?

I'm new to speedrunning OoT. I want to learn a route but any% seems to short and 100% seems to long. So i was thinking about running All child dungeons. Is there a tutorial i can watch to learn the route or a txt to read?
