ok well based on that a sub 1:20 is possible if someone gets the glitch on 18 to skip 19 followed by the menu glitch, this setup might be about a 1 in 100 chance so a bit of a run killer but it is doable.

I think it should be allowed in any% categories in the non any % categories then it would not be allowed. Am curious what the Mod thinks of this though. The only big skip where this would be handy is lvl 18 to 19 but I tried it a ton and got it once out of like 20 tries and I know Naive tried it a ton and could not get it. It would be kinda unrealistic for an actual run.

this proved to be quite challenging because going too fast and it would not recognize that you went to the menu, and force you to go through the monologue, go too slow and it would start the monologue before you could leave the level. It just led to a lot harder but way more optimized run.

Icy, Naive, and I were doing a few runs and found that if you complete a level, before there are many monologues, and go to the menu before the game recognizes that it is complete, then when you hit play to go back, it puts you on the next level without any of the forced monologues. This proved to save around 30 seconds for runs.
