thats really good! idk if mouse only would be that possible but controller definitely, any% or all skills one-handed would be a pretty good challenge i think. but there are some easier meme runs you could do like 4 maskshards or aluba%

not that i know of, if you really wanted to you can just edit out the loading times i guess but that still won't be accurate

console is timed with real time instead of loadless, and its restricted to patch 1432 + lots of other small things as well like locked to 60fps on switch and etc

Assuming your talking about any% NMG, then no. The community sum of best segments is a 31:44, and some of the longer segments can maybe go lower for another 1~1.5 seconds with perfect gameplay.
