It has since been updated 2 years ago, and now it is inaccessible. I was wondering, though, if it was possible to downgrade the game somehow? Any help would be appreciated.

@level0 he pushed bolt cutter using his body. In 1.01 the developer added that you can move items with your body if you can reach them and using that, you can push bolt cutter through textures using your body. So it should be any%.
