A game, preferably one you enjoy casually. A recording device, for example OBS on PC or a capture card for consoles. A timer is usually not necessary and only for yourself although some games require a timer for example games on PC with an auto-splitter that removes the loading times. Good luck on you runs!

I've seen you stream on Twitch, you could also use a recording on Twitch to submit a run but it might be a problem if your internet connection isn't the best since disruptions in the stream may make the run invalid.
Welcome! When running on console you can't use autosplitters and you have to find a way to record your runs either with a capture card or a camera for example. Good luck on your runs!
