Can someone make a section for the challenge maps? I have wanted to show off my records but have never found a place to.

Is it illegal if I use a Dolphin Emulator to run TMNT with my GC computer but on my pc for recording purposes?

Do these just go off of the in-game timer?

I am playing on GCN. What's the easiest way for me to record and get it to be approved?
