It seems that I absolutely forgot to set rules for Chapter 3 running, shit shit shit.
Well, I have all timing rules set up for the new Chapter. As well as new categories to put up onto Category Extensions.
For Chapter 3 Rules:
No Major Glitches: Timer starts on first movement INSIDE the pit of tarnished, which means that you can spend as much time as you want in the first cutscene and in the tutorial area. Use of wall clips/screen freezing/walking on walls isn't allowed. Timer ends when you kill the little girl
Any%: Timer starts on first movement inside the pit of tarnished. Use of screen freezing is not allowed Timer ends when you kill the little girl
100%: Timer starts on first movement inside the pit of tarnished. Damagless is NOT required Use of wall clips/screen freezing/walking on walls isn't allowed Timer ends when you kill the little girl.

136%: All Badges (Including Insane) All Weapons Both Chapters You must talk to every single npc. Even it is to disappear later, if this isn't done the run is rejected.
197%: All Badges All Weapons All Unique Kills All Screens (Like getting caught by the giant eye) Talking to all NPC's
200%: All Badges All Weapons Both Chapters Kill everything in the chapter (Like Undertale Genocide) All Screens All NPC's
