There is a "submit" button at the top of the leaderboard page. You will need to also have a recording of this run and a link for it. You can get a link for it if you post it on youtube/twitch.

Your friend can submit this run at this page -https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15AXX3h_iloGSKSaVybGQ4jOiP7RVRqnhyK0J7wuc_QQ/edit#gid=0 He'll need to have a google account for that. For submitting it, he'll need to go to the link at the bottom of the page. But I saw that your friend has already submitted it, so I think my reply is useless at this point.
