Yeah that's fine there was apparently a misunderstanding with who actually edited the rules I guess lmao :^)
Requesting the removal of dragondarch and kmac as mod from the Castlevania (NES) leaderboard. While kmac has verified a few runs a long time ago, I believe it was just his times and any time that beat his. He's been very inactive with the game as of late and has never really been active on SRC beside that aforementioned verification. Dragondarch doesn't run the game, or at least has never posted a time to the leaderboard. I don't think he's ever verified a run either, though I have no clue.
I mostly bring this up because one of the four mods (not me or joedamillio) has made rules changes without a word to anyone. And while they're mostly little paranoid SDA tier adjustments, I find it annoying to have things changed randomly without a word from Dragondarch.
My point was if disabling something is possible in the game without the use of obvious cheat codes or external methods, then it should be fair game.
Is it possible to eliminate invisible walls in game without using cheat codes?
If yes, then yes.
If no, then no.

Twitch VOD playback is bootyass
Can we get the same things for the game series page?
@Twan_Jones depends on how he is recording. If he's just highlighting a Twitch VOD and not recording game audio locally. Maybe he wants to listen to music and has to choose between game audio or music. @howlingsnail 1.) I listen to other music all the time when speedrunning. Different strokes.
Depends. Is it a very competitive game and you have a very competitive time? Yes. Otherwise ehhhh depends on the mod.
Personal Best aka PB is your fastest time in your selected game.
As a rondo of blood runner I gotta give a +1 to the pcengine super cd/ tg-cd, cd-rom(2) whichever of it's 10 names you choose to use.
Yeeeeah there's nothing wrong with self verification.
I do it. I'd rather have someone that runs the game (me) verify my run than someone that doesn't.
Even if it's a small game with only a few runners, you can't just force verification duties on other runners. Besides regardless of mod status they'll probably watch your run anyways, and if you DID cheat, then they can proceed to bitch about it from there.
This knee jerk reaction to the latest exposed cheaters is getting old. The verification process doesn't matter that much if the run can still be viewed and proven illegitimate. This isn't TG. We're not accepting ZERO evidence for a run, telling everyone evidence exists, but ehhhhhh who knows where that is. There exists proof for most runs (runs worth your time anyways), so if you suspect they're cheating, maybe... show that to be true?
Riiiiiight in the case of video evidence being required splits don't matter. We agree. Am I missing something still?
Not sure why you'd create a new account but having a run pending in that game probably helps.
