Leaderboards should operate without bias. Your runs shouldn't be removed, nor should your name be removed from them even if they're banned. Prevent them from posting in the forums? Sure. Prevent them from submitting future runs? Ehh, I guess? Unless their runs are cheated, stolen, or malicious there's no reason for it, regardless of behavior on or offsite.
I missed the part where the dude stole runs but w/e
Yeah this guy seems like a fuckass but in general mods shouldn't be removing runs for personal reasons, on any leaderboard.
"and recently we decided to removed their ILs times"
Sure
Then go make your game and stop asking for free VA talent lmao
Unless his run submissions are malicious there's no reason to remove their times, even if they suck as a person.
voice acting and soundtrack are the last things to think about
Interesting... goes back to designing a game around a soundtrack
It's just a leaderboard, I wouldn't call it heart-breaking. A mod can't take away your accomplishment.

Fill that out, get 'em removed, become your own mod.
The FitnessGram™ Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal. [beep] A single lap should be completed each time you hear this sound. [ding] Remember to run in a straight line, and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark, get ready, start.
