I am very new to portal speedrunning. How do I compile my demos into one video that I can then view and/or upload to youtube so I can have a video link when I submit a run?

I’m extremely new and i’ve been trying to learn how to bhop around portal. i’ve actually gotten pretty good at ABH but can’t grasp the bhop. Are there any videos or or tutorials I can view to learn better?
