Well this is the sort of question like:how much time does 8-4 WJ save? There isn't a definitve answer, like if you screw up a bit it might only save 3 seconds.
It is just newer, SMB1 came out almost 33 years ago, so by the time people started running it, it was 29 years old, and most of the people running were bordln around the time the NES came out. There is just more people running SMO because it is newer, and more people CAN run it.

Ya, and I never let go of "B", so no normal two frame setup. Was just practicing NTSC for 5:10, and then going back to PAL.
I found this, and was very surprised, this is me on BizHawk, can you tell me what this is? New two frame setup? Edit: So what I think it was, was either, the koopa+weird/slow turn around or just the turnaround, managed to manipulate the subpixel, like normal to frame setup does. This allows for 366s in second room, with 2 frame setup, without 379 first room.
Does anyone know if the NES Classic runs at VC frame rate, 60fps, or original frame rate .

Well, how much harder would it be to AT least put PAL under a different header. We would only really need 5:13/14s and below to have decimals, and there aren't to many PAL runs anyway.
On NTSC, but I have found PAL to be very easy in comparison.
It will not be hard to get, there is simply a FR that is very easy to save in 4-2, as well as 1-1 FPG being extremely easy.
@eddiecatgaming The only issue I have with the doc, is that some ideas are just BAD. And, we don't want just anyone messing with the doc, so there still should be some moderation, just make it more loose, and have more categories.
I think that for PAL timings, the PAL 5:11s, 5:12s, 5:10s, and 5:13s should all have decimals because right now, we have to watch the videos to see who is the WR holder in PAL, as I and aldynspeedruns are running PAL for WR.
@eddiecatgaming We could also consider putting PAL SMB on it, since the most accurate PAL timings are within a second, so we could be more accurate, and PAL us already sort of a meme category. Also, what did you call your submission? I sort of liked Super Mario Bros Memes
