that's a good point, top level speedrunning meta pretty much is using only beach biome
purpose the category specifying it well to the mods of the game, probably better using the channel it has in discord btw how do you create a world with only beach biome lol

writte the seed in the option of the seed when creating a world

I mean, laws will all depend of the country or state you live it, among a lot of other things But i would bet that murdering can be considered to be against the law in general terms So that makes the category kind of imposible :) You could easily discuss about that point of self defense you are trying to make and is hard to remove the ilegality of that And there are 100% a lot of other laws you can play around to find Mario guilty in this game (also by the nature of this game obeying the traffic laws is so arbitrary lol)
ey now you have a scotland flag pog honestly i find it kinda funny if some of the main 4 flags or something like that of UK are not aviable but meanwhile i can use the basque country flag or any other flag of the around 18 autonome comunities of spain

Even if you could start with any copy ability or even any boost to each IL, it wouldn't realy be that stupid Actualy, it would be new and different way of playing almost every level in relation to the full categories, so there could be some interest there to beat any level the very fastest way posible taking only that one level in account You probably would say 5-3 any% would be the same than the level in a full any% run, BUT if you allow to use a speed boost, it gets it's own interest And i bet not a lot of people is used to running 1-1 with fire (for pretty clear reasons)
also just saw now it was a 3 months post revival by the previous user lol but still stands
that's kinda rude as a random statement, but it kinda has a point as you can easily find that info in the official FAQ section of the official discord speedrunning comunity of this game right now (and at the very bottom as it was the 2nd last addition so it was not hard to find)
