Basque Countryim quite sure is frame perfect yea, releasing the click at the frame entering the cutscene
you can hold the click before and just time the release instead of clicking at the moment, that helps with the timing
is the pause skip: clicking with the mouse to pause at perfect frame timing when the ending cutscene starts (you can see how he hovers mouse on the pause button on these instances), you can basicaly get the pause menu during the cutscene, which allows him to "exit the game" during this cutscene without having to do the glitch entering the game (not appreciable because of how fast he is, but you can see the menu on this video)
this realy can be done at any minigame, and is essentialy the fastest way to get a cutscene skip, but generaly runners wont do it in most of the minigames because of how precise and inconsistent it can be; tho it is necesary to execute in at least 1 minigame (either climbing or table tennis) to get skip in the maximum amount of minigames

common, he literaly wrote the category name twice in a row, he wrote the 1st one himself and then copy-pasted AI's formal category mention for the 2nd time without realising

what to say over the long paragrqaphs: huge generical statements that imply nothing, statements referencing completly arbitrary phrases from the rules, and in general emotional statements that mean absolutely nothing to the idea itself
ey, it's cool to use the new tecnologies and stuff, but you have to work around with this tool and add from yourself if you want to create something consistent and that people will take seriously; there is still a long way until you can just clip the copy-paste button from chatGPT and go on like nothing
damn 14 months is crazy time
this category idea has become kinda popular among a few runners in the comunity with times around 5:1x , on the concede that this is basicaly 100% but removing the coin grinding AND, most importantly, removing the huge RNG on the random standees, which is very annoying to actualy be competitive on the category
said that, 100% actualy makes you consistently route for optimizing every purple coin possible, to help on standees, which makes for an important differentiation betwen both categories each one with it's interesting parts; so, not unmeriting any of them, i believe there is no reason not to exist both of them in it's own, as different categories
so yea all badges would be a great category to add
i mean, it maybe could be made if it was competitive and interesting enough in it's own, but you'd definitely need more than 1 person interested on it lol
any% glitchless has been purposed before multiple times, and eventualy rejected in all of them, even tho any% it's the main category of the game; so, unfortunately, i dont think it is likely for it to happend in a category extension such as All Story Moons
as GDfan said, you can just submit a glitchless run to the current category, and there will be no trouble with it; just adapt the strategies to your skill level, you dont need to use every glitch that the top runners use if you are not at that level; a lot of people submits glitchless to those categories
