Is there a fixed amount any one person can run, cause I have 2 games in mind?

I have a couple of questions:

1. Is there an age restriction?
2. Will there be a schedule because I can only be there for one day?
3. Is there a maximum on how long a run can be?

I have a few queries:

1. Can I play this game on the Sega Genesis Collection game for PS3?
2. How do I complete every level because I've only reached level 16 before Game Over'ing

Can we have IL's for all the tracks. We can use the Fast Lap to time it and this would be an awesome addition imo. Give each track a Normal, Faster, and Insane mode so there will be 50 WR's to fight over instead of 5.

Found out that through an any% run on PAL PS2 v1.0, that load times average at about 7 mins 40 s. I'll do more testing but that's what it seems like

I've been testing for an easier way to get mercy rules. Is it just RNG or can you actually use skill or manipulate the match to your advantage?

Already tested. In 1-2, you must collect 1. 1-3 about 3 coins. 2 in 5-2, and thats about all the required coins. Also, I didnt add that using a shell of a Koopa is not killing the Koopa. But sliding, ground pounding or otherwise anything to do with it not existing anymore is killing it.

This would be an exciting and interesting run of the game which I would like as a misc. category.
